Listening to: ANYTHING OTHER THAN CHRISTMAS CAROLS! If my friends know anything about me, it's that I really don't like any kind of holiday music.

Okay so it is once again Christmas, yes I'VE SURVIVED A YEAR WITHOUT LYNCHINGS OR BEATINGS!!! Only five days 'til the new year so I hope I can hold my own until then I'll be brainstorming resolutions again...


Anyway, for now, here's a holiday rant!

So I was listening to the radio who was telling me about the great charities that everyone seems to give on Christmas, soup kitchens create huge dinners for the one day that we celebrate baby Jesus. Isn't that wonderful? We give back to the community ONE DAY A YEAR. If you really wanted to help in a soup kitchen on a holiday, I suggest this:

Eight days of latke feasts or something! Don't you think that the homeless would rather feast for eight days instead of one day of food? Not a Channukka fan? Let's make the feasts a twelve day affair like Christmas used to be! Like the song!

Anyway, in my head it was a better formulated rant than on "paper." More later, I gotta change, my family and I are going out for Chinese food.
